It's own balcony and a kettle - basic facilities we needed in an exceptionally nice room. Every staff member was wonderful. Stayed here before now and would come there again.

Would come here again, thanks. It's CONVENIENT and fairly clean hotel, has great and absolutely perfect location close to restaurants. The single room is cheap with the nice terrace and garden view plus a great balcony.
